HONG KONG, 16 September 2019 – SEASONS is raring to inject creativity, fresh energy and vitality into the fashion jewellery and accessories industry when the rebranded sourcing platform debuts in 2020.
SEASONS | Spring in March and SEASONS | Autumn in September are the new brand identity of Asia’s Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fairs portfolio, one of the leading international sourcing events in the industry.
“I believe that SEASONS is more than a brand revisit; this is a totally revisited show concept, modern and focused on the latest trends in the fashion jewellery and accessories world. It has a new floor plan, a new hosted buyers’ programme, and a new panel of conferences on trends and market opportunities,” says David Bondi, Senior Vice President – Asia at Informa Markets.
The visual elements of the new brand consist of clean, modern typography, and the hues representing the show months – red for the warmth of Spring and blue for the coolness of Autumn.
The new name of the fair itself – SEASONS – hints of change, newness and trends. It also alludes to the style calendar, and the relationship between fashion, and jewellery and accessories.
“The SEASONS brand reflects who we are,” says David Bondi. “It serves as a more powerful platform for expressing our core calling, which is to stay fresh, relevant and collaborative in a changing market.”
In 2020, SEASONS | Spring will be slated for March 3 to 6 while SEASONS | Autumn will be scheduled for September 13 to 16. Both editions will be held at the AWE.
The rebranded global jewellery marketplace will debut in Spring with a new floor plan layout, including “In Season”– a space designed for meaningful networking.
Pavilions will be named after the product they carry, namely Modern Metal, Steel Glam, Natural Beauty, Fashion Accents, The Artisans and That’s A Wrap!
Addressing the experiential needs of professional buyers, SEASONS will introduce new concepts, including Lifestyle Crossover, Young Talents Showcase, Product Parade and more to ensure a rich and inspiring experience for all participants.
Partnerships and closer collaboration – guided by a shared vision and purpose – will be forged with professional associations, design institutes and other industry stakeholders.
New visitor promotion campaigns leveraging Informa Markets’ worldwide buyer database in the fashion jewellery and accessories industry will be launched. This initiative will include exciting components such as “The Story Behind,” an Exhibitor KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) circle and a comprehensive Hosted Buyer Programme.
“The Story Behind” project will give members of the fashion jewellery and accessories community a glimpse of how a designer, manufacturer or an artisan has achieved success in the industry through 60-second self-introduction videos. |
