Badge Application
Have you applied for your badges yet? If not, please submit your application through our Online Exhibitor Manual. If you do not have your login ID and password, please email us: jgfservice-hk@informa.com
Exhibitor badge will not be issued if Form A has not been completed.
Each company can only apply for a maximum of 3 badges on-site. Each badge will be charged HKD100.

The Badge Collector must provide the following items: Exhibitor Badge Collection Letter / Collection Number *The collector must be one of the applicants. Authorization documents are not accepted. The organiser reserves the right of issuing badges. |

| e. Fair Opening Hours | May 19 – 20, 2020 — 10:00 – 18:00 May 21, 2020 — 10:00 – 17:00 |
| f. Removal of exhibits by exhibitors and forwarders | May 21, 2020 — 17:00 – 19:00 |
| g. Dismantling of all booths and removal of all materials and waste | May 21, 2020– 19:00 – 23:00 |
Vehicle Pass
To avoid unnecessary wastage, please fill in Form D if you need vehicle pass. The vehicle pass will be sent to you by post. Let’s build a sustainable environment and reduce unneccesary waste together.
*For the exhibitors who applied and collected vehicle pass (with old fair date), you can still use the old vehicle pass for the new fair days.
